We'll provide you with telephone support from a certified Consultant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including UK Bank Holidays). There is no limit on the number of calls that you can make, although additional charges will apply for on-site visits.

Quarterly Technical Audit
Elyzium will provide proactive management to ensure the continued stability and efficiency of your systems. An experience certified Consultant will visit you on-site each quarter to ensure that your system is running smoothly and efficiently.

Patch Advisory Service
We'll make recommendations on improvements that can be made to your system, as well as offering advice and guidance on any upgrade paths or patches/fixes that have been released by IBM since our last visit. If you chose to ask Elyzium to implement any recommendations or patches, we will do so at a discounted consultancy rate.
