Whilst any issues that do occur in your environment will be fully investigated and resolved, this proactive approach generally highlights any potential problem areas before they become real life issues.

Free On-site Support Visits
You should view XpertCare Virtual Administrator as being a 'virtual team member'. All on-site visits associated with the resolution of any issues that arise with your supported solution are covered by the annual cost of your XpertCare Virtual Administrator Support Agreement.
Discounted Training Courses
As an XpertCare Virtual Administrator customer, you will benefit from a 10% discount on all training courses that you book with Elyzium. This offer is only applicable for the IBM Tivoli products that your XpertCare Virtual Administrator Support Agreement covers.
Product Upgrade Workshop
When the time comes to upgrade your solution, as an XpertCare Virtual Administrator customer we'll provide you with a two-day technical upgrade workshop free of charge.
You'll also be able to enjoy the added benefit of our discounted services scheme should you choose to select Elyzium to upgrade your environment to the latest version release for you.
Since we become your 'virtual team member', you can off-load as much, or as little, of the day to day management of your technical solution as you wish. We'll create additional scripts, delete jobs, provision new servers or batch schedules, execute housekeeping processes etc., as you see fit.
XpertCare Virtual Administrator is as flexible as you need it to be. Any additional services that you've chosen, along with the associated cost, will be detailed in the Support Schedule of your XpertCare Support Services Agreement. You can change the level of services provisioned, to match your changing requirements, at any time.
